Shipping policy
All Peter & Josh Apparel items are custom-embroidered and made to order. Please review the shipping details below prior to placing your order.
Processing Time
Due to increased order volume during peak seasons, processing times may be longer than usual. During holiday periods, please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to be produced before shipping.
Outside of peak periods, orders typically enter production within 5–7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, U.S. orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days.

Because each item is made to order, delivery time includes both production and shipping. During the holiday season, most orders arrive within approximately 3–4 weeks from the order date. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or weather-related disruptions.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any apartment or unit numbers. Peter & Josh Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
For shipping outside the United States, please contact us prior to placing an order. Additional fees, customs charges, and extended delivery times may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package appears delayed or cannot be located, we will assist in contacting the carrier. A replacement will be issued only after the carrier officially confirms the package as lost.
